Nick is a seasoned legal leader, known for helping teams navigate transactions, governance, structuring and regulatory considerations with commercial practicality. Prior to joining Monad Foundation, Nick was General Counsel at Polygon Labs. Nick began his in-house experience at Amazon, where he oversaw dozens of acquisitions and investments across all business lines, before shifting focus to the digital and devices business where he oversaw legal for Amazon's nascent cloud gaming business and other initiatives. Nick began his legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell in Los Angeles with a diverse corporate generalist practice.
