Portia brings over 25 years’ experience working in US regulatory and compliance – from leading inhouse compliance at investment and asset management firms to compliance consultancy roles.

Portia joins us from regulatory compliance consulting firm IQEQ where she was Managing Director, Regulatory and Compliance, based in New York.

Portia’s career began inhouse at various investment management firms where she has supported and built compliance programs, participated in regulatory exams and managed various new regulatory filing and policy requirements throughout the years, before she moved into consulting roles. During her time consulting, she has led registration and compliance program buildouts as well as provided SEC exam support of hundred of clients. Portia has managed and trained teams of professionals and is currently tasked at Ocorian with building out the US Regulatory and Compliance Consulting Service business line.
