Rishi is a Managing Director serving on Wilshire’s Alternative Managed Accounts team where he leads structuring efforts for the business. He joined Wilshire in December 2023 as part of the Lyxor U.S. acquisition.

Previously, Rishi served as Director at Lyxor where he ran the fund launch and manager onboarding process for platform clients. He also managed financing and counterparty relationships for the firm. Prior to his role as Director in Structuring, Rishi spent several years as a fund formation attorney and worked within the operational due diligence function. Rishi began his career as a litigator, working at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Rishi earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Hofstra University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University.
