Samantha serves as Director responsible for the Funds and Capital Markets Sectors, as well as Member Engagement, at Cayman Finance.

With almost 20 years of experience driving business development and strategic growth, Samantha has built a career leading high-impact initiatives across global markets. Her expertise lies in shaping strategy, forging influential partnerships, and delivering results for large multinational organisations.

Originally from Cayman, Samantha leads global advocacy for two of the Cayman Islands’ most critical sectors, Investment Funds & Capital Markets. She focuses on advancing strategic priorities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning Cayman as a premier international financial centre on the global stage.

Samantha is triple certified as a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited Director (Acc.Dir.) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She also holds a BSc in Accounting from Elon University (USA) and MSc in Sustainability from Hult International Business School (USA).
