Alessandra is part of the leadership team within the Merz Therapeutics Global Regulatory Affairs Department. She is responsible for the digital transformation of the RA department, the creation of Internal Master Data Mgmt work stream, & the Global RA Operations Team. Furthermore, she is driving initiatives around Data Governance, RIM & IDMP implementation and structured data submission.

Overall, seven years of experience leading digital initiatives such as Structured Content Authoring, Data Governance, Document Management System, Registration Information Management System and processes optimization.

Graduated in Cognitive Science & Decision Making (MSc) and International Health Management (MA), Alessandra earned her MBA in 2024.
