Christine Kavanagh is a Manager of Regulatory Submission Project Management at Regeneron, where she leads cross-functional regulatory submission planning and execution across a diverse portfolio of development programs. Prior to joining Regulatory Project Management, she held roles in Regulatory Information Management and Regulatory Affairs Strategy, contributing to major regulatory transformation initiatives and global process improvements.

With more than 10 years of experience spanning Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory CMC, Regulatory Operations, and Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Christine has expertise in regulatory submissions, data governance, eCTD publishing, IDMP, CTIS, and global regulatory processes. She has led complex cross-functional initiatives supporting regulatory transformation, system implementation, and data quality improvement.

Christine is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, exploring how emerging technologies, data-driven decision making, and digital solutions can transform regulatory operations, strengthen regulatory data quality, and accelerate the delivery of medicines to patients.
