Claudia Stump is a Business Systems Manager in R&D Information and Services - Regulatory Systems and Operations at Daiichi Sankyo. In her current role, she leads the global Processes & Configuration within a global RIM transformation project, driving the harmonization of regulatory business processes, system design, and regulatory data quality to support the company’s digital transformation.

Claudia is a pharmacist with experience across Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, and Regulatory Business Systems. Her expertise includes Regulatory Information Management (RIM), eCTD publishing, IDMP, and global regulatory processes. She is particularly passionate about regulatory data quality and data governance, helping to transform fragmented legacy data into trusted, scalable regulatory information.
