Suzie Henderson is a Regulatory Affairs Operations director with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and more than eight years leading Regulatory Affairs functions. She currently serves as Head of EMEA Regulatory Operations at Shionogi B.V., where she oversees regulatory operations, digital transformation, and regulatory data initiatives. Throughout her career, Suzie has held senior leadership positions across global pharmaceutical organisations and has developed extensive expertise in Regulatory Information Management (RIM), publishing, IDMP, xEVMPD, and regulatory data governance. She is recognised for driving innovation, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory compliance and business transformation.
