Torkil trained as a pharmacist in Denmark, where he gained his MSC from the Royal Danish School of Pharmacy (now University of Copenhagen). Torkil has over 25 years of experience in the regulatory space, spanning clinical regulatory strategy, EU and international regulatory affairs, labelling, regulatory operations and information management. He is currently head of global regulatory delivery and excellence at Eli Lilly and Company, where his team is responsible for delivering all global submissions and overseeing regulatory processes, systems, data management, and digital transformation across global regulatory affairs.
