Exhibitor Insurance
As an exhibitor participating in Greenbuild, you must have adequate liability insurance. To participate in Greenbuild, every exhibitor must provide proof of coverage meeting the below requirements. It is recommended you have a copy of your Certificate of Insurance onsite, should you be asked to show proof.
Neither Show Management nor the the Javits Center is responsible for injury to persons, loss of, or damage to products, exhibits, equipment or decorations, by fire, accident, theft, or any other causes while in the building.
Certificate of Insurance Requirements
Event Name: Greenbuild International Conference & Expo
Dates: October 19-23, 2026 inclusive
Comprehensive General Liability to cover bodily injury and property damage to third personal including personal & Adv Injury limit, and Products and Completed Operation coverages of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000 USD) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000 USD) Aggregate.
The following must be listed as additional insured:

Provide or Purchase Insurance
Option 1: Provide Your Own Certificate of Insurance
If you have your own COI for the Show, you are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the outlined requirements no later than 30 days prior to the event, by September 16, 2026. To submit your certificate, please upload it directly for review and approval using the link below.
Please do not email your certificate, as we are unable to verify certificates sent via email. All certificates must be uploaded using the link below.

Option 2: Purchase a Temporary Certificate of Insurance for the Duration of the Show
If you do not have your own COI, please purchase a Temporary Certificate of Insurance for the Duration of the Show using the link below.
- This certificate will be temporary for the duration of the show.
- Exhibitorinsurance.com will issue a Certificate of Insurance once your application has been approved.
