Health & Safety Guidelines

All exhibitors are reminded that workplace and worker safety is a shared responsibility. Compliance with safety regulations is mandatory, including those set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the New York State Workers' Compensation Board under the New York Workers' Compensation Law, and the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB). Additionally, adherence to relevant standards from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is required to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants. Let’s work together to maintain the highest safety standards throughout the event.

  • Always supervise one-of-a-kind or irreplaceable items.
  • Never leave your booth unattended, especially during setup and teardown.
  • Cover non-valuable items with cloth at the end of each day to deter theft.
  • Secure business tools like laptops and phones, as they are common targets.
