Pass Registration

Complimentary Passes- Online pass registration deadline has passed. If you have not used all your passes, please contact Lisa Marzoli -

You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure of how many passes you have used, or what is included within your package, please contact Lisa Marzoli -

The primary contact from each company will receive a unique VIP code and details of how to register complimentary. These passes must be used for anyone attending including your exhibitors. Please do not use these passes for speakers as they will be automatically registered and do not count towards your complimentary booth pass allotment.

Exhibit Setup - Monday, November 13th at 10:30am

Please ensure all Exhibitors are registered and have photo ID. Any items larger than you can carry must be brought through the loading dock.

Exhibit Setup will begin at 10:30AM in The Marble Hallway on Monday, November 13th. You will receive your assigned exhibit number as we near the event. We will open for attendees at 12:00PM.

We will close the exhibit hall at 6:30PM on Monday and Tuesday. We will reopen the exhibit hall at 7:00AM for exhibitors and 7:30AM for attendees Tuesday morning and 7:15AM for exhibitors and 7:45AM for attendees Wednesday morning. There are no locks on the exhibit hall however there will be a separate space where valuables may be locked.

You may begin breaking down following the last networking break, at 11:00AM Wednesday, November 15th.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all materials are packed, sealed and labeled in order to be shipped out.

Package Handling Costs

Standard package handling prices are as follows:

  • Boxes/Packages: $10.00 for each incoming or outgoing package
  • Pallets: $250.00 per 100 pounds for each incoming or outgoing pallet.

**Packages that arrive more than 4 days prior to start of conference will be charged an additional $10 for individual packages and $250 per pallet.

Virtual Booth

1. Login - If you're the primary contact for the event, you can login with your email address to edit your booth. The first time you login, you will need to update your profile first.

  • You will be sent a code to set up your password

2. Click the Sponsors Tab - find your company name and click showcase page

3. Click Edit Stand - in the top right corner of your showcase page

4. Change/Update Content - you can add/remove any content in your hub. Click 'Update Showcase Demo' to publish your changes.

During the event our attendees will be able to scan your booth QR code to view details about your company and additional resources. Attendees can also network with your team by requesting meetings and messages with onsite team members. Each sponsor can have in their company resource page the following information.

Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval at GTN Summit will be provided by GES Visit Connect and can be accessed via the ConnectMe App. This year only we are providing this service to you as part of your package at no extra charge.

Signing up

To access, log into the ConnectMe app. Your specific event code for the ConnectMe app is LS2022. You’ll see a Lead Retrieval button on your home page (if you do not see lead retrieval on the home page, please contact Lisa Marzoli to ensure you have badge scanning abilities set up). Clicking this will bring you to Visit Connect – you’ll then want to follow the instructions to add it to your home screen to simplify the badge scanning process.

**It is important not to forgo the ConnectMe app and go straight to downloading the Visit Connect App from the app store – this will disrupt your leads and may result in lost data. You must go through ConnectMe.

Badge Scanning

  • Each Sponsor company attending the physical event will receive a list of leads collected and access to the lead retrieval technology.
  • Once you accept the terms, you’ll be able to scan leads using the QR code scanner. Click the ‘Add Person’ icon in the bottom right hand corner. This will pop you into your QR scanner. Once a badge is scanned, it will appear your dashboard in Visit Connect!
  • If you are sponsoring a session, we recommend stationing a team member at the entrance to the session room to scan attendees that enter or exit the room for your session!
    • Please note: Lead retrieval is an add on to the ConnectMe app and will only show for sponsors who have had this feature added, most delegates will not have this feature in their ConnectMe app.
    • If you have questions, please visit the Informa staff at the registration desk or contact Lisa Marzoli
    • Leads captured using the Visit Connect Lead Retrieval App will be available to you immediately, in real time; as well as after the event in your Alchemy Analytics Report

**PLEASE NOTE: You will not see this technology in your app until 2 weeks out from the event.
