Paraic is also an Associate Partner with TPC Leadership, a leading global consultancy specializing in leadership consulting and development. With offices around the world covering 100+ countries, TPC Leadership delivers transformational leadership solutions in service of people and business results.

Paraic coaches high performers, existing and emerging leaders in corporate and individual settings across The Middle East, Asia, Europe and North America. His coaching style and qualifications are powered by Neuroscience, coaching clients with a Whole-System awareness.

Prior to establishing KeenEdge Consulting in 2021 Paraic gained 21 years corporate experience – 13 years in leadership positions in large multi-national organizations in the Telecommunications, Recruitment, Commerce, and Entertainment sectors.
