Seamus Bennett helps organisations elevate the talent experience of their people.

With over 15 years of experience and a focus on sales, client success, business development and services, Seamus is currently the Regional Director for Cornerstone OnDemand in the Middle East and is responsible for all customer acquisition, retention and growth. Seamus joined Cornerstone in 2018 and has supported and grown some of the largest customers in that time.

Prior to Cornerstone, Seamus served in different roles in IBM related to the Smarter Workforce and Watson Talent brands in the Nordics and across EMEA. He joined IBM via IBM’s acquisition of Kenexa, where he served as the Northern European Leader for the Employee Engagement practice.

Seamus received his Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick, where he majored in economics and finance. He lives in Helsinki, Finland with his family.
