Answer: You will receive an automated confirmation email once your HRSE KSA Awards submission is received. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) to ensure you’ve received the confirmation.
8. Can I receive feedback on my entry?
Answer: The HRSE KSA Awards judging process is overseen by a panel of external judges. Due to the volume of entries, we are unable to provide feedback on submissions that are not shortlisted, or on those that were shortlisted but did not win.
9. What is the judging process?
Answer: The judging process involves a panel of industry experts who evaluate each submission based on criteria such as creativity, execution, impact, and innovation. The process is confidential, and judges declare any conflicts of interest before reviewing entries.
10. When will the shortlist be announced?
Answer: The shortlisted entries will be announced on Tuesday, 11 May 2026. Shortlisted companies will be notified via email, and the full shortlist will also be published on the awards website.

Answer: Winners are revealed during the prestigious HRSE KSA Awards 2026 ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at The Arena, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exclusive event celebrates the industry’s finest HR leaders and outstanding achievements in human resources excellence.

Answer: Winners receive a prestigious trophy, industry-wide recognition, and an exclusive Winner Toolkit. This toolkit includes a digital certificate, a digital seal for your website, and an email signature, allowing you to proudly showcase your achievement across all digital platforms.
13. Can I attend the awards ceremony even if I am not shortlisted?
Answer: Yes, the awards ceremony is open to industry professionals, and tickets can be purchased through the awards website. It is a great networking opportunity and a chance to celebrate the achievements of the industry.
