1. Who can enter the awards?
Answer: The HRSE KSA Awards are open to organizations, teams, and individuals from all industries across the public and private sectors who have made exceptional contributions to the HR industry in Saudi Arabia.
2. What are the eligibility criteria for the awards?
Answer: To be eligible, applicants must either operate in Saudi Arabia or have HR initiatives that impact the Saudi market.
3. Is there a cost to submit an entry for the awards?
Answer: There is no cost to submit a nomination. However, shortlisted nominees will be required to pay a nominal fee to attend the awards ceremony.
4. When is the deadline to submit an entry?
Answer: The deadline to submit your entry is Tuesday, 8 April 2025, by 5:00 PM AST. To submit your nomination, simply click here
5. Where can I submit my nomination?
Answer: All nominations must be submitted online through the awards platform. To submit your nomination, simply click here
6. Can I apply for multiple categories?
Answer: Yes, you can submit nominations for multiple categories. However, each entry must be distinct and clearly aligned with the criteria of the category you are applying for.
7. How will I know that my submission has been received?
Answer: You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging the successful receipt of your submission. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) to ensure you’ve received the confirmation.
8. Can I receive feedback on my entry?
Answer: The HRSE KSA Awards judging process is overseen by a panel of external judges. Due to the volume of entries, we are unable to provide feedback on submissions that are not shortlisted, or on those that were shortlisted but did not win.
9. What is the judging process?
Answer: The judging process involves a panel of industry experts who evaluate each submission based on criteria such as creativity, execution, impact, and innovation. The process is confidential, and judges declare any conflicts of interest before reviewing entries.
10. When will the shortlist be announced?
Answer: The shortlisted entries will be announced on Tuesday, 20 May 2025. Shortlisted companies will be notified via email, and the full shortlist will also be published on the awards website.
11. How are the winners announced?
Answer: Winners are revealed during the prestigious awards ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at The Arena, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exclusive event celebrates the industry’s finest.
Answer: Winners receive a prestigious trophy, industry-wide recognition, and an exclusive Winner Toolkit. This toolkit includes a digital certificate, a digital seal for your website, and an email signature, allowing you to proudly showcase your achievement across all digital platforms.
13. Can I attend the awards ceremony even if I am not shortlisted?
Answer: Yes, the awards ceremony is open to industry professionals, and tickets can be purchased through the awards website. It is a great networking opportunity and a chance to celebrate the achievements of the industry.
14. How can I order an additional trophy if I need one for a client or team member?
