One Round of Judging

Majority of the categories will only have one round of judging via the online platform. The judges will review and score all entries independently via our secured online platform. A shortlist for each category will be drawn from the judges’ aggregate scores from all the judges for each entry, and up to five top scoring entries in each category will form each shortlist. The jury will unanimously decide whether to shortlist fewer or more than 5 entries.

The winners will be chosen based on the aggregate scores from the judges.

Two Rounds of Judging

The judging process for the following categories will consist of two rounds of judging, the first round via the online platform and the final round via a conference call.

  • CHRO of the Year
  • Rising Star of the Year
  • Employer of the Year
  • HR Team of the year

In the first round, judges will review and score all entries independently via our secured online platform. A shortlist for each category will be drawn from the judges’ aggregate scores from all the judges for each entry, and up to five top scoring entries in each category will form each shortlist. The jury will unanimously decide whether to shortlist fewer or more than 5 entries.

In the second round, the shortlisted participants will be contacted to meet via a conference call to present their shortlisted entries and answer the judges’ questions.

The winners will be chosen based on the aggregate scores from the judges.The judges’ decisions are final. Awards will be made at the discretion of the judges, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the results.
