Eligibility
- The HRSE KSA Awards are open to organisations, teams, and individuals from all industries across the public and private sectors who have made exceptional contributions to the HR industry in Saudi Arabia.
- To be eligible, applicants must either operate in Saudi Arabia or have HR initiatives that impact the Saudi market.
Entry Submission There is no cost to submit a nomination. However, shortlisted nominees must pay a nominal fee to attend the awards ceremony.
All entries must be submitted by 5:00 PM (AST) on Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
Entries must be submitted through the official online entry platform, Award Force. No other submission methods are accepted.
Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
All entries, supporting materials, and uploaded files must be in English.
Entry Requirements
Word limits must be strictly adhered to.
You can enter as many unique nominations as you like, but ensure each entry is clearly related to the chosen category.
Provide complete contact details for a designated contact person on the entry form to ensure smooth communication.
By submitting your entry, you certify that the information provided is accurate and adheres to the category requirements.
Judging Process
Judges will assess entries based on the specific requirements of each category.
Judges reserve the right to move entries to different categories if deemed appropriate.
All information provided to judges will be used solely for judging purposes and will be treated confidentially.
Judges will recuse themselves from evaluating any entries where a conflict of interest exists.
The judges' decision is final and binding.
Shortlist Announcement
Shortlisted nominees will be announced on Tuesday, 20 May 2025.
The names of shortlisted entrants and category winners will be published on our website. The names of companies/individuals whose entries are not shortlisted will remain confidential.
Awards Ceremony
Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Tuesday, 17 June 2025.
All shortlisted companies must have at least one representative attending the awards ceremony.
*The HRSE KSA Awards team reserves the right to disqualify applications that do not comply with the guidelines of the awards.
