Abdulla serves as the Director of Corporate Human Resources & Administration at Dolphin Energy, a position he has held since June 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the division’s activities and leading a team of dedicated professionals specialising in Training & Development, Nationalisation Recruitment and Retention, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.

Before his current appointment, Abdulla held the position of Head of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, and Nationalisation at Dolphin Energy, having joined the organisation in 2011. Additionally, he led the Training & Development Department and managed a team of HR Business Partners responsible for various HR-related functions.

Throughout his tenure with Dolphin Energy, Abdulla has developed expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, and Nationalisation.

Before his tenure at Dolphin Energy, Abdulla accumulated eight years of experience with ADNOC Offshore & Statistics Center in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Human Resources, Training, and Administration fields.
