He brings over two decades of experience in strategy and business transformation across the Middle East and Europe, advising government bodies, financial institutions, telecoms providers, and property firms. His work spans strategy formulation and execution, performance and change management, organisational design, marketing, and technology-led transformation.

Eddy plays a hands-on role in setting up corporate academies and internal learning structures that align people development with commercial growth. Whether supporting HR and L&D teams to gain LPI Accreditation or building learning ecosystems from the ground up, his approach blends rigour with pragmatism.
