Ghassan Shehab Nasser is a distinguished Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience leading strategic initiatives across various sectors. As the Chief Shared Services Officer at the Saudi Coffee Company, he oversees HR, Administration, and legal functions while leading the company's academy.

Previously, Ghassan was the HR Director at the Saudi Coffee Company, where he built the HR department, recruited a diverse workforce, and developed a comprehensive manpower plan. At the Public Investment Fund, he excelled in Employee Services and Talent Acquisition, implementing key policies and hiring top talent.

His career also includes significant roles at the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Saudi Arabian Airlines. Ghassan holds an MBA from Clayton State University and a B.S. in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University. He has completed executive programs at renowned institutions such as The Wharton School and INSEAD.

Ghassan is a member of the Saudi Equestrian Authority’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee and serves in a similar capacity at the Saudi Coffee Company. He is proficient in Arabic and English, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
