Ihab Badawi is an International Author, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a master trainer and a corporate advisor. He is an international catalyst of change with 22 years of cross cultural exposure in around 58 countries managing corporate operations. He operated with various cultures bridging gaps, developing team bonds and shaping various leadership styles by specializing in culture re-engineering and transformational & positive leadership.

In 2015, Ihab started training coaches through being a Director of training for one of the prominent ICF accredit coaching academies, he contributes in building future professional coaches with an aim to build better leaders through instilling a coaching culture.

His career in coaching started while taking on leadership positions as a Chief Commercial Officer, a VP, and an MD for various exemplary companies in the MENA region, India subcontinent, and the ASEAN. His corporate experience includes corporate management, culture reengineering, capability building and talent development.

Now, Ihab heads The Coaches Circle Academy based from Vancouver Canada and supports many organizations in developing internal coaching cultures.
