Jad is currently the Vice President of Support Services for Shade Corporation and has been with them for nearly 8 years. Since being appointed in 2018, his accomplishments, ideologies, and performance expanded his role to encompass the HR, Admin, Equipment, IT, Contracts, Logistics, Facilities & Security Departments.


Jad’s success over the years in management has been influenced by deep rooted beliefs in building the right team and culture in an organization; exposing him to in depth HR concepts and practices. He has experience in US, Middle Eastern and African work environments, in industries ranging from construction to food processing. This has allowed him to provide global incite on effective, target oriented, and team driven agile organizations.


Extensive knowledge/certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, and Lean Six Sigma, have enabled his success in establishing and transforming ERP systems to streamline operations and ensure accurate decisions based on live data/statistics.


As an alumnus of the University of Michigan, Jad’s Master’s in Construction Engineering & Management, technical background as a Civil and Environmental Engineer, along with his early years in construction have evolved him to be a highly adaptable, technical and business savvy management professional who thrives in high stress work environments. Both his education and passion in venture capital have given him extensive knowledge in finance, polishing his capabilities to operate companies and establish successful corporate strategy.
