Jim is the CEO and Founder of Future Talent Learning, a global e-learning business focused on developing the human performance that drives business performance. As a purpose-driven organisation it is committed to democratising world class workplace learning. Jim has extensive experience working to deliver large-scale learning events and experiences across the GCC for public and private organisations.

Jim is an active supporter and advocate of inclusive education initiatives for both children and adults. He was concurrently the CEO of a careers inspiration platform for 11-24 year olds from 2012 to 2016 for the UK Government. He is also a member of the Barclays LifeSkills’ Advisory Board.

Jim read English Literature at Oxford University, and has maintained a strong interest in the theatre and performing arts from his student days. He lives between London and Pembrokeshire in Wales with his wife, Rachel, and two children.
