Mahmoud Abdulahdi Alabdali is a professional executive leader as well as an adjunct lecturer. With a mix of academic and over 23 years of private sector experience in different industries, education, consultation, insurance, healthcare, oil & gas, FMCG, and real estate, the researcher has developed differentiated views. Currently, Alabdali is the Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Design at TAM Development and he is in the final state of Ph.D. degree in business administration at King Abdulaziz University. He obtained his MBA in 2012 from the University of Business and Technology and his B.Sc. ITC in 2008 from Open University. He got certified by international bodies in the field of HR and achieved Cahrtered FCIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, and GRP.

Alabdali published the first book in 2018 which focuses on labor education, legal, and ethical practices in the work environment, in line with Saudi Labor Law. His interdisciplinary research interests in greening, supply chain, human resources, competitive advantage, digital transformation, and transformational leadership. Moreover, he has research published in top-tier and peer-review journals like, JCLP, Sustainability, Int. J. Healthc. Manag., JIC, and ERRJ.
