Mohammed Jaber Aljohani is an accomplished leader and thought partner with over a decade of experience in training, talent development, and strategic learning. As the Managing Director of YELO Academy, Mohammed has been instrumental in shaping the academy’s vision and implementing innovative training frameworks that align with organisational objectives and drive employee performance.

With expertise spanning corporate training, competency-based learning, and leadership development, Mohammed has successfully delivered impactful programs to enhance workforce capabilities, foster innovation, and support business growth. In his current role, he oversees the academy's strategic direction, partnerships, and operational excellence, positioning YELO Academy as a premier institution in professional development.

Prior to his role at YELO Academy, Mohammed held key leadership positions, including Senior Advisor for Human Capabilities at Maximus Gulf, where he designed and implemented a competency-based framework for 500+ employees. His role at the Ministry of Education further honed his skills in strategic program design, performance evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from King Salman University and a Certificate in Building Leadership from Kent State University, Ohio. He is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and continuous improvement, regularly sharing insights as a speaker at industry events and conferences.
