He is a DBA researcher in World Class Human Resources and Shared Services Management, MBA Holder from Wolverhampton University, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Nabil has a proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with corporate goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
As a board member and advisory committee member for several prominent organisations, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development initiatives, Nabil has significantly contributed to the Saudi labour market and leadership development.
