With over 20+ years of experience in human resources management, I am the Group Chief HR Officer (CHRO) at Alkhorayef Group, a leading industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. I am responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy, policies, and HR programs and initiatives for the group, aligning them with the business objectives and the vision 2030. I also lead the talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the group.

In addition to my role as Group CHRO, I serve as a board member, a nomination and remuneration committee (NRC) member, and an advisory board member for several companies and organizations, including PIF projects, Alkhorayef Petroleum Company, Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies, Badael Company, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, and Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry. I leverage my expertise and network to support the labor market and develop the Saudi leaders, contributing to the economic and social development of the country. DBA Researcher in Human Resources Management, MBA holder in Human Resources Management, a CIPD HR Diploma, and multiple certifications in training, coaching, and lean six sigma. I am also a recipient of several awards and honors for my excellence and innovation in human resources.
