As the first ICF-accredited PCC in the region and a founding member -and past president- of the first ICF Chapter in the Middle East, Nic has consistently driven the standards, visibility, and impact of coaching across the Gulf.

As Managing Director of WWA Corporate Coaching - one of the region’s largest and most established coaching firms - Nic leads high-impact coaching solutions across the GCC. He specialises in leadership development for companies, teams, and senior executives, drawing on a network of over 100 professional coaches to deliver large-scale engagements.

Under his leadership, WWA has partnered with organisations such as Riyad Bank, the Capital Market Authority, KAPSARC, and the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), helping shape confident, future-ready leaders across the region.
