Pinar Yucealp is the Regional Human Resources Director for IBM Middle East and Africa (MEA), where she leads the transformation of people strategies across one of the company’s most dynamic and diverse regions. With over two decades of experience in human resources, she is the forefront of integrating AI into the HR function. She focuses on applying technology and data to simplify processes, support leadership accountability, and align talent practices with business goals.

Her work spans complex, multicultural environments across Europe, Middle East and Africa, giving her a sharp global perspective on how people and technology shape the future of work. Before joining IBM, she has worked with various consultancy and global companies such as Zurich Insurance, Groupama Insurance & Pension, DHL Express and Management Center. Pinar holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hacettepe University English Language Teaching, specialising in adult education and educational psychology and worked as a lecturer at Bilkent University.
