Sally Metwally is a seasoned EdTech executive and digital transformation strategist with over 25 years of experience across business development, enterprise technology, innovation policy, and social impact. As Chief Business Officer at Almentor, the leading Arabic digital learning platform in the MENA region, Sally leads regional expansion, enterprise and government partnerships, and the implementation of national-scale learning initiatives focused on workforce skilling and employability.

Throughout her career, Sally has held senior leadership roles in government agencies, NGOs, and private sector ventures including ITIDA, TIEC, MEK Foundation, and ITWORX Education, where she shaped Egypt's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, led multi-million-dollar learning transformation projects, and designed scalable impact-driven programs.

She is an accredited board member by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), a certified PMP professional, and holds a master’s in management of technology from Nile University, as well as executive education in social enterprise and impact investing from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
