Sam Fletcher joined PayPal to set up the Talent Intelligence function, analysing trends in the global business, economy, and employment marketplace. His experience includes leading location strategy and skills-related projects and previously worked with clients in the technology and financial services sectors on executive search and consulting engagements such as workforce localisation, organisational design, workforce reskilling, and location studies. Sam is interested in the power of technology and data to transform the world of work and has been a keynote speaker on blockchain and AI in HR. Sam is also the Co-Chair of the Executive Research Association committee.
