Scott leads the Global Solution Sales function for ServiceNow’s Employee Experience business. Prior to joining Service now in 2019, Scott spent the majority of his 20+ years at Oracle & Deloitte exclusively focused in Human Capital Management software with an emphasis in HR systems, applicant tracking, talent & learning management and their successful deployment.
Scott holds a Masters in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa. His passion is helping companies establish systems and processes that allow them to provide a modern and thoughtful employee experience.
