Syed Azharudin is a recognised leader in HR Strategy and Organisational Transformation, with over 17 years of experience, including more than a decade in Saudi Arabia. Currently, Syed heads the Talent and Organisational Development function at AJEX Logistics Services, overseeing operations across the Middle East, Turkey, China, and the US.

His contributions include implementing the latest HR innovations, advancing national workforce development within the logistics industry to align with Saudi Vision 2030, and creating professional development pathways for recent Saudi graduates.
