Dr. Adrian Kyburz leads the Disclosure Strategy and Corporate Reporting process as part o the Social Impact and Sustainability team at Novartis since 2023. He is responsible for coordinating the navigating the ESG disclosure strategy, oversee the corporate reporting process, and climate reporting (incl. climate scenario analysis), managing performance in ESG ratings, and maintaining governance over the ESG disclosure process globally.

Adrian joined Novartis in 2016 and has held various roles in Internal Auditing, Novartis Business Assurance & Advisory, Commercial, and Value & Access for Region Europe.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Chemistry from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and a PhD in Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
