Donné Sephton is Head of Advisory Services, responsible for the implementation and application of IFRS across the FirstRand Limited group in South Africa. Before joining FirstRand Limited she worked on various IFRS implementation projects and forensic accounting assignments.

An IFRS practitioner with 18 years of IFRS technical experience across a variety of industries, Donné is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Masters of Commerce in International Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Banking Project Group.
