As Chief Connectivity and Integrated Reporting Officer at the IFRS Foundation, Jonathan sits at the centre of one of the most consequential shifts in global finance: the move towards coherent, comparable and decision-useful corporate reporting. He reports to both of the Foundation's global standard-setting boards - the IASB and the ISSB - overseeing technical resources and stewarding the senior institutional relationships essential to driving greater cohesion across the reporting landscape. As Global Chief Strategy Officer at the International Integrated Reporting Council, Jonathan led the organisation's strategic direction for eight years - developing and executing the global agenda for integrated reporting, building coalitions of investors, business leaders, regulators and the accountancy profession that gave the framework its authority. He relocated to Singapore to lead the IIRC's work across Asia, establishing regional and jurisdictional hubs across Asia-Oceania that remain active today. He served as a Director of the Value Reporting Foundation UK and as a Trustee of the Value Reporting Charity UK.
