Lisa Bomba is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Head of Group Reporting Financials where she is responsible for the Group’s IFRS reporting. In previous roles she has been responsible for Regulatory, Risk and ESG reporting, Accounting Policy and Transaction Advisory.

Lisa was member of the IASB Interpretations Committee from 2019-2025 and served as Chair of the Institute of International Finance Senior Accounting Group and Chair of the ISDA European Accounting Committee. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant.
