| Martijn Bos has served as Policy Advisor Reporting & Audit at Eumedion since 2012. Eumedion is the Dutch platform for corporate governance and sustainability, representing the interests of 55 institutional investors collectively managing over €8 trillion. Martijn facilitates the dialogue between these investors and listed companies in the Netherlands and is actively involved in standard-setting and audit reform. He initiated and authored the 2019 Eumedion Green Paper "Towards a Global Standard Setter for Non-Financial Reporting. He is a member of the IFRS Advisory Council, a trustee of the Dutch Accounting Standards Board, a member of ESMA’s Consultative Working Group on Corporate Reporting and serves on the Committee Financial Reporting & Audit of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Before joining Eumedion, Martijn worked as a corporate bond analyst/portfolio manager at Robeco, and as an M&A advisor at Salomon Brothers. As of 1 August 2025, Martijn will transition full-time to Fin-Es B.V., the company he founded to bring an innovative valuation metric to professional investors: market-implied excess returns of equity markets, market segments, and equity funds.” |
