Siok Mun Leong is a Technical Staff at the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) working on the Rate-regulated Activities project. She was closely involved in developing the forthcoming IFRS Accounting Standard 20 Regulatory Assets and Regulatory Liabilities. Before joining the IFRS Foundation, Ms Leong worked at the accounting standard-setting body in Singapore, focusing on major IASB consultations. She also worked at KPMG in Singapore, providing technical accounting advice and audit services to clients operating in various industries. Ms Leong is a Singapore Chartered Accountant. She holds a degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
