Susanne S. Seested is Director of Group Financial Compliance at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, the world’s leading freight forwarder. In this role, she leads global initiatives to strengthen financial governance, deliver technical accounting guidance, enhance internal control frameworks, and drive high-quality financial reporting across the organisation.

She brings extensive experience in IFRS, financial reporting, and the implementation of complex accounting standards within large multinational environments. Susanne is recognised for translating technical expertise into effective, scalable solutions, with a strong focus on execution and the continuous enhancement of transparency and reporting quality.

Beyond her role at DSV, Susanne contributes to the broader development of financial reporting as a member of the EFRAG Financial Reporting Technical Expert Group (FR TEG).
