Vanessa Hanna is a member of the Technical Staff at the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and is part of the Rate-regulated Activities project team. Before joining the IFRS Foundation, she worked at Deloitte in Accounting and Reporting Advisory, where she focused on technical accounting and transaction advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reporting, and the adoption of new accounting standards for IFRS and US GAAP reporting entities. She is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
