Zhiqi Ni is a technical staff at the International Accounting Standards Board, working on standard-setting projects on financial instruments accounting. Prior to joining the organisation, Zhiqi was a senior manager in the treasury department of Lloyds Banking Group, responsible for managing the accounting volatility in the banking book and hedge accounting. He also had fixed income product control experience with Barclays and auditing and assurance experience with EY. Zhiqi holds a master’s degree in finance and investment from the University of Nottingham, and he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland
