Julie Caldwell is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at R. Seelaus & Co., LLC where she covers a variety of financial institution and structured product issuer clients. As part of the Capital Markets team, Ms. Caldwell is an advisor to clients on financing plans, investor outreach programs, transaction structuring, and execution.

Across her 15+ year career, Ms. Caldwell has represented issuers on mandates across all major currencies as well as throughout the senior, subordinated, hybrid and capital securities parts of the capital structure, and on liability management exercises. Before joining Seelaus, she was most recently at TD Securities where she grew that bank's alternative asset management and private credit business. Prior to that she was at MUFG where she was part of the team that built its dedicated financial institutions debt capital markets practice. She has also held a variety of roles in key treasury functions at Credit Suisse, Synchrony Financial, and GE Capital as well as in capital market positions at boutique dealers.

Ms. Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and is Series 7, 63 and 79 licensed.
