Maureen is a Managing Director and Global Head of High Grade Syndicate for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking. Maureen manages the team responsible for advising and executing new issue corporate bonds, preferred stock, and capital securities, as well as partner internally to help us manage some of our largest Investment Grade investor clients.

Maureen joined Wells Fargo in 2021 from Bank of America (BofA) where she was a Managing Director for Investment Grade Debt Syndicate. She brings extensive experience to her role that includes 13 years covering large-cap, high grade corporate issuers in a syndicate and execution role, primarily focused on the Energy, Consumer & Retail, Telecom Media & Technology, Metals & Mining and Chemical sectors. In addition to her deep expertise in the credit markets, Maureen has a broad network of strong relationships that cover the industry’s top-tier Investment Grade investors, both domestically and internationally.

At BofA, Maureen was a leader for their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities, serving as co-chair for the Global Banking and Markets Women’s Leadership Council and spearheading numerous development opportunities for the junior bankers across their platform. In addition to her most recent experience at BofA, she also has held numerous roles over the course of her almost 20 years in the financial services industry, including at Barclays Capital and legacy Wachovia Securities, in positions that covered Investment Grade Syndicate, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit Products, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
Maureen earned a B.S. from Georgetown University and resides in the greater New York City area.
