Jaci McNally, a partner at Perkins Coie based in Chicago, represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She offers extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, and real estate financing across a broad range of asset classes. Jaci has substantial experience representing commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) noteholders and special servicers on a national basis in matters involving loan workouts and modifications, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, foreclosures, franchise agreement and comfort letter negotiations, and real estate-owned (REO) dispositions. In addition, she is particularly skilled in both (1) hospitality transactions, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, hotel franchise agreements, and hotel management agreements; and (2) shopping center redevelopment work, including analyzing complex reciprocal easement agreements and other title encumbrance documents to determine the redevelopment rights, restrictions, and opportunities that are available for her clients.
