Mark J. Kosminskas is of counsel to the firm. Mark structures, negotiates, and closes a wide range of complex financings, acquisitions, and divestitures for middle market companies and their lenders. He practices in the areas of corporate and commercial finance, having a particular expertise in asset-based lending. A professional that has acted in a business as well as a legal capacity, he brings a practical perspective to deal process. He has represented financial institutions in both secured and unsecured financings and workouts. He has represented both buyers and sellers of privately held companies, and has successfully negotiated a variety of commercial agreements, contracts, and joint ventures.
