I am the VP-Servicing and Portfolio Management for First Internet Bank, which is based out of Fishers, Indiana. I have worked in this position now for 5 years.

I have over 20 years in banking and finance, having started out in the branches in platform banking.

I made the transition to Commercial/SBA lending in 2009 as a result of the great recession, and have been managing SBA loan portfolios ever since.

I have helped start or manage no less than 4 SBA shops historically, focusing on the servicing and back end operations.

In my current roll, anything that happens after the loan closes falls under my jurisdiction.
