Paul Grusecki is the Head of Advisory Services at Hiffman. Paul drives the expansion of the firm’s Advisory Services team which includes project services, lender services, and lease administration offerings to occupiers, lenders and owners of real estate.

Paul’s responsibilities encompass a wide range of growth-centered disciplines, aligning with Hiffman’s overall business objectives. Through his oversight of Hiffman’s Advisory Services, Paul is involved with construction management, workplace solutions, asset inspections, and lease administration for owners and occupiers across the U.S., in addition to building and maintaining relationships in the banking, insurance, private lending, and service industries.

With an extensive background in the banking sector, Paul most recently served as Managing Director, head of commercial real estate special loans & other real estate owned for CIBC Bank USA. Through his career in multiple roles, Paul built his expertise in market analysis, restructuring, investment sales, note sales, receivership, foreclosure, lease administration, and property management. He also led teams in Strategy, Enterprise Initiatives, Technology & Operations, and Process Improvement during his tenure at CIBC.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marquette Universitybefore completing his Executive MBA at the University of Notre Dame.
