Daniel Gibbens, Founder and President of G6 Development Co. LLC. Construction has been a major part of my life for more than 20 years, and I’ve spent my career learning every aspect of the building industry. What started as a passion for building and creating has grown into a company that allows me to help families, businesses, and investors bring their visions to life.

In 2020, I founded G6 Development Co. with a simple goal: build quality projects, treat people right, and take pride in every job we complete. Since then, we have completed a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Florida, including custom homes, multifamily developments, affordable housing projects, renovations, and commercial build-outs.

One area of development that I’m especially passionate about is the Build-to-Rent model. Over the past several years, I have personally developed and built 18 duplex units that are now providing quality housing for local families. As both a builder and a real estate investor, I understand the importance of creating properties that are not only built well but also provide long-term value.

Beyond construction, I have built a real estate portfolio that includes both multifamily and single-family properties. That experience helps me look at projects from an owner's perspective and understand the challenges and goals that come with every investment.

One of the proudest moments for our company came in July 2025 when G6 Development Co. was recognized at the Florida Home Builders Association's Aurora Awards. We received two Silver Aurora Awards for Best Renovated Single-Family Home and Best Commercial Office Interior Renovation, along with the Grand Aurora Award for Best Logo. Those awards were a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our entire team.

At the end of the day, my greatest accomplishment is my family. I live in Lynn Haven with my wife, Danielle, and our four children. They are the reason I work hard every day and continue to build a company focused on integrity, quality, and creating opportunities for others.

Whether it's a custom home, a commercial project, or a large-scale development, I believe in building things the right way and creating projects that will have a lasting impact on our communities for years to come.
