David Lightfritz is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of hands-on experience spanning every facet of the industry. As former Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Property Management, ERA Atlantic Realty, and Property Pro Services, David played a pivotal role in scaling operations to manage over 2,200 single-family homes and 900 multifamily units. His leadership was instrumental in driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability across diverse real estate portfolios.

David’s expertise encompasses acquisitions, portfolio strategy, brokerage, property management, construction, maintenance, and full-cycle operations, including HR, finance (P&L and balance sheet management), and organizational development. His comprehensive understanding of both the strategic and tactical sides of real estate makes him a trusted advisor and operator.

In January 2020, David joined Global Strategic as Director of Property Management Services, where he oversees all real estate and property management functions. He also provides consulting services to real estate firms, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to help companies optimize performance, scale sustainably, and achieve long-term profitability.

Based in Atlanta, David is a dedicated family man, married to his wife Sherry for 30 years. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his daughter’s professional golf career as her caddy—a role that reflects his commitment, focus, and passion for excellence both on and off the course.
