Deanna Alfredo is Chief Operating Officer of Genstone Field Services, where she leads national operations across property preservation, single-family rental services, inspections, vendor management, and operational performance. With more than 20 years of experience in property services and field operations, Deanna has built her career around turning operational complexity into scalable, profitable execution.

Prior to becoming COO, Deanna served as Senior Vice President of SFR Services and Vice President of Process Improvement and Client Strategy at Genstone, where she helped drive significant revenue growth, improve gross margins, strengthen client partnerships, and build operational infrastructure designed to scale.

An entrepreneur at heart, Deanna previously founded and grew Property Maintenance, Inc. into a multimillion-dollar field services organization. She also served as President of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of servicing, field execution, vendor networks, technology, and client expectations.
